JULIE SIOMACCO
OWNER & LEAD DESIGN COACH
Julie Siomacco started creating wreaths to make her home warm and inviting while being a stay-at-home mom of three. In 2009 she turned her hobby and passion for wreath-making into a full-time business after her neighbors purchased her wreaths off her door.
She's now the queen of wreath making and do-it-yourself holiday decorator. A master of producing quality works of art on the fly with the heart of a teacher. Julie has turned her passion of faux floral design and holiday decorating into Southern Charm Wreaths, a thriving faith-based business that inspires thousands of crafty people every day. She’s trained in several product lines and stays up to date on trends, products, techniques, and online selling strategies in her industry to give her audience the best advice possible.
She’s been featured online at Martha Stewart Living, Better Home & Gardens, and BloomTV and is the co-founder of Wreath Makers Live, a conference dedicated to educating wreath makers all over the world.
With her expertise and amazing eye for color and texture, Julie is rejuvenating the holiday decorating and wreath-making industry, showing her audience how to be more confident in their creations and teaching creative business owners how to grow a business using the talents God gave them.
Julie’s encouraging and welcoming personality, along with her foolproof tips, has gained her a loyal online following. She offers coaching programs, classes, decorative door wreaths, and inspiration to help her audience create a festive holiday environment for their homes.
She's a Southern girl, born and raised in the South, and has been a resident in South Carolina, USA since 1999.
LAURIE ANNE COXE
DESIGN COACH & COMMUNITY MANAGER
Laurie Anne Coxe is a passionate designer, avid ribbon hoarder, and owner of Plum Blessed Y’all Creative Designs.
She is a native southerner from North Carolina, wife, and mother, who in 2013 turned her creative passions into a wreath, sign, and digital vinyl business focusing on helping homeowners add a delightful touch to their home décor. She is drawn to the fun, funky, and whimsical side of designing.
More importantly, Laurie Anne is drawn to teaching others how to tap into their creative side by learning techniques and steps to make their designs for their homes, give them as gifts, or even sell them. Teaching others to use their talents and imagination to make beautiful items they are proud of and will enjoy is what excites Laurie Anne the most and fuels her passion.
In 2020, Laurie Anne became the community manager for the Everbloom Design Club, and is a design coach in the group.
KAREN GRESHAM
DESIGN COACH
Karen Gresham, owner of Crafty Creations Wreath Shop since 2012, is a testament to dedication and creative ingenuity. She adeptly juggles her full-time career while nurturing a flourishing business celebrated for its innovative designs.
Her wreaths, showcased through her Etsy store and local booths, have garnered acclaim for their elegance and artistry. In addition to these endeavors, Karen fosters a community of wreath enthusiasts through her weekly live videos on Facebook and YouTube.
Her expertise as an award-winning craft show vendor is fortified by her willingness to share her time-tested strategies, which she generously imparts in her Craft Show Masterclass series.
Karen's recent role as a speaker at Wreath Makers Live further solidified her position as a trusted voice in the wreath-making community. TERI SMITH
DESIGN COACH
Teri Smith is a retired Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years in healthcare. During her demanding days in the medical field, she discovered solace and stress relief in crafting artificial floral designs at night. In her previous role, she was not only dedicated to patient care but also had a passion for teaching student NPs and medical students, helping them build their skills and knowledge.
In 2016, Teri transformed her love for flowers and crafting into a thriving business. She’s known for meticulous attention to detail and use of the finest materials. Teri's commitment to teaching didn't end with her nursing career. She continued to share her expertise and passion for design through her design group, "Teri's Wreath Works." Her journey led her to become a guest designer in the Everbloom Design Club and a presenter at Wreath Makers Live, where she inspired countless individuals with her eclectic, nature-inspired design style.
Teri's mission as a design coach is simple: to infuse joy into lives through her designs and inspire students to embark on their creative journeys without fear. Her motto remains unwavering—start creating and have fun!
KARA WEBSTER
DESIGN COACH
Kara Webster began designing wreaths and arrangements as a hobby and would gift her creations to friends and family. With encouragement from a close friend, Kara opened her Etsy shop, Enchanted Vines, in 2018.
What began as a side hustle blossomed into a full-time passion, leading Kara to leave her 20 year career in HR behind in 2021. Today, she continues to run her Etsy shop and direct website, while sharing her knowledge through in person workshops in NH and MA.
Kara finds great joy in teaching others the art of wreath making, fostering a relaxed and fun learning environment that empowers others to unleash their own creativity.
A resident of NH, Kara shares her life with her husband and four beloved dogs, while her daughter pursues her studies abroad in Ireland. Kara has been a member of Julie's Success Circle for over 4 years and is thrilled to join Julie's team as a Design Coach, eager to share her passion and inspire others on their creative journeys.

Do I need Facebook to participate?
