    If we have over 10,000 on our page, should we still be posting 4 times a day with the new changes to Facebook? And should we keep posting even if our engagement has gone down?

      Yes def keep posting but add more shorter videos (less than 5 min) will help. There is no definite magic number. I would see how your page does with testing and measuring. Status update posts and photo posts are doing well for me. All links should be in comments.
