Where to log in
– Go to www.southerncharmwreaths.com/my-account
Where to find your user name and password
– Your username is the e-mail address you used when you signed up on our website. You should have set your password when you created your account on our site as well. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking “Lost your password?” on the login page.
Terms to Know
“Featured” = A featured kit is a new training video every month that contains a written supply list, step-by-step instructions, and an option to purchase kit at a discounted rate. We will e-mail the supply list, step-by-step directions, and instruction on how to purchase the kit on the day it’s released to WOTMC members. In the portal, there is button to download the instructional PDF file to save forever. This training video also contains closed captioning for your convenience.
“Bonus” = A bonus is a training video that is either demonstrated LIVE in the Facebook group or directly uploaded to the portal 1-2 times per week. This training video includes a verbal supply list and occasionally option to purchase a kit. Bonus trainings uploaded to the portal will be e-mailed to you on the day posted. The Facebook Live tutorials are added to the portal within 24 hours.
“Newsletter” = Our weekly newsletters are e-mailed on Fridays recapping the week’s training tutorials and hot topics of discussion in the Facebook group.
“Challenge” = Every month we have a new challenge with a different theme or project for you to create a wreath or arrangement. Post your submissions in the comment section of the Monthly Challenge post for a chance to win a box of supplies from Julie’s stash. Winners are selected at random.

This is very helpful, Sometimes it hard to find the videos. I have never done one live due to my work schedule, so I have to watch the video to match the wreath.

Your videos stop after a few seconds and I have to hit the arrow button again to restart them. I’m listening on my iPhone.
Sounds like your internet And it’s slow buffering. Downgrade the buffering on the video by clicking the gear icon and change it from 720 to 540. It should play smoother.

Yes, you can access the videos in the portal and add your questions under the video.
