What is pro with the wreath designs?

Not sure I understand the question. A pro is someone who gets paid “professional”.

I’m sorry but I have one more question in ordering the sample order I can’t add to my order. I understood that you could order 3 t-shirts on one order. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

I’m not sure. Can you share a screenshot in the FB group.

That was SO HELPFUL!!! thank you JULIE!! I started my printful shop months ago, had test shirts sent to me. Did not know how to hook it all up. Asked Printful for human help , didn’t get it. I gave up, deleted everything. Finally I can do it again with your video guidance here. I had to pause and rewind few times as you went over things quickly. I wrote notes. You’re so dang smart! I think you’re the bees knees as far as training goes. Thank you!!

Julie I heard in the first video where you said that you usually used fiver to create the artwork for the shirts but I don’t see where you explain how to use fiver. I just see in the second video you tell how to retrieve the file in fiver.

You don’t ‘use’ it. Just place an order from someone.

Julie just created my first tee. I noticed after you showed us how to add a production partner then you go through the actual etsy listing, you didn’t check the box for production partner. Why do we not need to do that?

    • Julie Siomacco on April 7, 2019 at 11:14 am

      Yes, do that.

I never did understand clearly which selection we should use in canva when we download the file. I used PNG with transparent image checked but I got the warning from printful that they recommend a larger file for better results. Could you clarify the download information?

    • Julie Siomacco on April 18, 2019 at 2:25 pm

I use file size 1800 x 2400 and png with transparent background.
