Etsy Branding – Receipt Banner

Your order receipt banner shows at the top of your receipts sent to your customers. It’s a great place to add more branding and to thank your customers.

Here are the steps to add your order receipt banner:

  • Log into Etsy.com
  • Click your shop manager icon
  • Click settings
  • Click info and appearance
  • Click choose file next to order receipt banner

    Good morning Julie,
    Julie I am attempting the Branding, so I type in Etsy .com but because I am an Etsy customer it keeps finding that account so I haven’t yet got to Etsy Branding – Receipt Banner. I log out of my account but I still can’t get to where I need to be so, Helppppp.

      You log in with the same email used when you created your Etsy (for me it’s the same I buy from). Click on the shop icon in the very top right corner beside your profile picture.

      You need to create an Etsy shop before you can brand it. https://www.etsy.com/sell
