99% of the time this is due to your internet bandwidth/speed. All of the videos are uploaded in HD. So if the video keeps stopping, try downgrading the quality of the videos by clicking on the gear settings icon (bottom right of video) and changing it to 540. You can also wait until the whole video buffers before watching it.
