How to make a spring Easter bunny wreath

1. Attach your Easter bunny

First things first, your Easter bunny!

Flip the rabbit over and attack a bit of florist wire to his head and legs, secured with florist pins. Then, stick the wires through your grapevine wreath and twist tightly to secure them.

Finally, attach a loop of twist wire to the top of your wreath and twist to secure it.

2. Make your bow

This design includes a super festive Easter bow.

First, measure 8” of your orange polka dot ribbon, pinch, and pleat. Measure 10” for a 5” loop, pinch, pleat, and twist. Repeat for a total of two loops then trim the tail.

Repeat these steps for your blue stripe ribbon, then your carrot ribbon, working on top of this base.

Secure the center with florist wire, and attach the bow to the bottom right corner of the wreath.

Make sure to dovetail the ribbon ends for a finished look.

3. Build the shape

Next, we’re going to build up the shape using faux greenery.

Use greenery with rounded leaves as your base, working around your wreath in a clockwise rotation.

Secure everything with hot glue.

4. Add faux flowers

Next, evenly space three peach focal flowers around the left side of your wreath, securing them with hot glue.

Continue filling out around the flower with more greenery, then blue filler flowers, then white Queen Anne’s Lace to break up the color.

Finally, add a couple of smaller peach buds throughout.

5. Finishing touches

For the finishing touches, begin inserting faux fern along the inner and outer edges of the grapevine wreath. This will fill in holes between your base greenery.

Add additional peach buds where needed along with optional ribbon tails, and your spring Easter bunny wreath is ready to enjoy!
