Julie, I have joined your wreath making club.for a year. Unfortunately I was scammed on Oct.1, for $10,000. I cannot believe it happened. I left you a message about all the pol ups on your site, and I thought I had to download your instructions for the wreaths to a pdf file and that’s when my trouble started. I’ve been making wreaths for a couple years and have gotten so far.behind in my wreath making. I moved from Kingwood, TX to Stow, OH recently. I was forced to.retire early and crafting keeps me same. Is there any way someone from your site can explain to.me how to use it? Should I always log into Southern Charm Wreaths? How do I navigate through your site without pop ups? Thank you for.posting the Halloween wreaths. I also asked you about the DVD you sell. It shows different methods of wreath making. Do I need to buy that DVD to remind myself about the loop/tube method?
    Thank you,
    Jo Ann Lankenau
P.S. You are a fantastic person!

The pop up ads are not inside the portal anymore. There is a video on the top of the welcome page that shows you how to use the membership portal. I don’t sell a DVD but no. I cover all of it inside the membership portal of wreath making of the month club.
